CXO Server Configuration

  1. Open CXO Configuratorand click Next on the Installation Wizard

  1. Click Change database connection

  1. Provide the details:

  1. Server

  2. Database Name

  3. Select the type of Authentication and click OK

  1. Enter License Key provided by CXO support

  1. Click Finish

  1. Enable IIS under server roles

During initial installation, as a best practice, it is recommended to change the default requireSSL to “false”.

  1. Click Configuration>Web Site
  2. Click Save then click Yes to restart the service
  3. Click Backplane Settings under Maintenance tab
  4. Provide the Server Name and Database Name and click Create
