CXO Designer

The Admin user is the one that can create and modify shared objects like variables, formats, cube calculations and lists, create report, modify or delete any report, create new private objects from scratch or based on a copy of a shared object, menu groups, menu items etc.  All of this can be done by accessing the CXO Designer.

To access the CXO- Designer, after the admin user logs in the CXO application, CXO-Designer button will be available next to the log out button in the upper right corner. By clicking on the CXO-Designer, the admin user will enter in CXO Designer.

Available options

The CXO Designer is the place where CXO reports can be designed and maintained by the Admin. 

The CXO-Designer comes with 5 panels:

  • Menu panel: options depends on the user permissions.
  • Report panel: displays all reports in a tree view in four different hierarchies.
  • Contents panel: appears at the bottom of the Designer to allow managing the lists used in the report.
  • Preview panel: contains a preview of the current Report.
  • Settings panel: contains all the reports settings.
