CXO Reporting Suite Architecture
CXO can connect directly to an OLAP source using the CXO OLAP connectors. Next to direct OLAP connectors there are also Application Adapters that connect to an EPM application and extract the data to a SSAS OLAP Cube using a SQL server database.

Supported Databases
To run the CXO-Repository and Master Database the following databases are supported:
- Microsoft SQL Server 2016 version onwards
OLAP Connectors
The following OLAP Technology is supported:
- Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services 2016 version onwards
- SAP BW
- SAP HANA
- Oracle - Hyperion Essbase System 11
