AI Assistant for Documentation
Lineos, insightsoftware's AI Assistant leverages artificial intelligence to help resolve customer issues and answer product related questions. This feature is available from version 24.2.1 onwards.
Note: The CXO application server needs to connect to the internet to be able to make the API call to the AI service.
Please contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to obtain the necessary API key and to obtain further instructions on how to enable the feature.
