Viewer

Viewers can partially change and access the POV. The status indicator is accessible to the viewer, hence will be able to view the status of the workflow.

Access of the viewer

The viewer can login to CXO to open My Storyboards with a list of shared storyboards. Access to the report menu is restricted if logged on as a viewer as they can only Play these shared storyboards. All the POV dimensions are frozen apart from Year and Period dimensions. The viewer has the option to edit POV Comments in a storyboard and participate in conversations.
The viewer can have access to multiple entities set by the admin in POV Filters, however the entity dimension cannot be adjusted in the POV when playing a storyboard. See below the different entity filters for a viewer:

Entity POV Filter How the Storyboard Works
One entity

The storyboard will play the reports for this specific entity. The Year and the Period dimensions can be adjusted by the viewer.

One or multiple entities with all its descendants The storyboard will play the report for the entity that was selected when the report was added to the storyboard. In case the selected entity does not belong to the structure given access to via the POV filter the first entity in the POV filter for the viewer is used in the report and cannot be adjusted by the viewer. The Year and the Period dimensions can be adjusted by the viewer.
No entity access The storyboard will play the report for the entity that was selected when the report was added to the storyboard.
