web.config File

The web.config file is the main configuration file of the CXO website configuration. Most configuration can be done trough the Design Studio but for some advanced tasks you sometimes need to manually edit the web.config file.

The web.config file is normally located in the website root folder which is by default: ..\Program Files\CXO Solutions\CXO-Cockpit\Website

Typical actions you need to edit the web.config are:

• Change the website timeout limit
• Change the contents of the domain list
