Synchronize Users from Platform to CXO

CXO’s users will be managed from Platform. The list of users under each Application for Platform users is the same. You can set individual permissions for these users per application from under CXO Designer. To synchronize the user information on Platform with CXO:

1. Login to CXO
   
   

2. Go to CXO Designer from your profile
   
   

3. Click Sync now under Users
