Viewers
In version 6.3.2. a new functionality is introduced which gives the possibility to use viewers. Viewers cannot access reports through the report menu but only through storyboards and conversations (shared content) and can only partially change and access the POV.
Access of the viewer
The viewer can login to CXO whereupon the page "My Storyboards" will open with a list of storyboards that have been shared with the viewer. Access to individual reports via the the report menu is restricted for the viewer, as they can can only play shared storyboards or participate in conversations. For the viewer all the POV dimensions are frozen apart from Year and Period. The viewer has the option to edit POV Comments in a storyboard.
The viewer can have access to multiple entities set by the admin in POV Filters, however the entity dimension cannot be adjusted in the POV when playing a storyboard. See below different scenarios of how the storyboard works based on a viewer's Entity POV Filter:
