Share Storyboard
Storyboards can be shared using the panel at in the maintain storyboards section. Follow these steps to share a storyboard with a user in the CXO application.
1. Go to Maintain Storyboard menu:
2. Select the "Share" button:
3. Click on each user you would like to add to the storyboard:
4. Decide what role the user need:

| Viewer - can view the storyboard but not edit | |
| Editor - can edit the storyboard but not delete nor share | |
| Owner - can perform any action on the storyboard |
